If you haven’t already, go ahead and schedule your first dental appointment. You may want to see our financing and insurance information, and find answers to questions we hear most often.

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes early for your first dental appointment to complete our electronic New Patient Forms or if you prefer, click the link below and fill them out in advance. Please be sure to select the appropriate link (child or adult) based on the age of the patient (children 0-17 in age).

During your first appointment, you’ll meet with one of our dentists, a hygienist and possibly others who may be part of your care. We’ll discuss your dental and health history and situation and talk about your goals, what you like and don’t like about your smile and what you’d like to change in your dental health.

We’ll complete a thorough examination and we may take X-rays, conduct other diagnostics, make molds and discuss dental care recommendations and options. We’ll also clean and polish your teeth. And we’ll make plans with you to maintain, restore and treat your healthy smile!
